| Description: | From Arts in Central Park Website: Decatur, Illinois hosts one of Central Illinois' finest juried art shows on the third weekend of September features:
-Approximately 80 exhibiting artists from several states provide a variety of artwork for sale including jewelry, pottery, metal sculptures, blown glass, fiber arts, paintings, and more
-Kids art activities under the big tent start at 11 am
-A special kids Art Shop in the Madden Arts Center, opens at 11 am
-Live entertainment
Artists/Patrons Preview Party Friday night from 5-7 PM
Be a Very Important Person (VIP) and shop early at the Friday evening preview party. The only qualification to be a VIP is your promise to purchase something from the exhibiting artists during the weekend event.
