PDA is a non-profit organization whose goal is to develop, enhance, and promote the village of Palestine, IL. The Wine & Art Festival gives both small businesses and non-profit organizations the opportunity to sell and promote their hand-made wares, quality artwork and delicious foods. During festival weekend, the combination of Palestine's quaint shops and eateries, numerous wineries offering tasting and sales, quality food vendors, handcrafted and original art & crafts, and free entertainment have made Palestine the place to be. As our attendance grows each year, the festival committee would like to take this time to thank all of you who help make it a success
