Announcing the first annual Slow Water Arts Festival in the heart of downtown Freeport. This exciting two-day arts festival features local and regional artists, musicians, and culinary artists. The event location is situated in the burgeoning Arts & Culture Corridor, home to Union Dairy, Lincoln-Douglas Debate square, the Freeport Public Library and several restaurants and independent coffee shops. We invite you to participate and experience this new arts event in Northwest Illinois! All proceeds benefit non-profit organizers, the Freeport Art Museum and Freeport Downtown Development Foundation.
