Celebrate the start of summer at Waukegan's 17th Annual Ray Bradbury's "Dandelion Wine" Fine Arts Festival (RBDWFAF).
RBDWFAF is a free annual that celebrates the start of summer. All the performance events are free to view. Family activities including a creative art project are free.
The event, first started in 1999, features artists, live entertainment on three outdoor stages, family activities, and honors one of Waukegans favorite sons, author Ray Bradbury.
RBDWFAF is a grassroots event sponsored by the Waukegan Park Districts Cultural Arts Division.
