We are pleased to announce the eigth annual Art in the Park Event sponsored by the Freeport Park District and the Freeport Art Museum and we would like you to be a part of the success! The numbers of visitors to this exciting event have grown over the last seven years. Each year this event attracts over 6,500 visitors. Announcements will be posted on the events Facebook page as well as the event website.

This exciting event features activities throughout Krape Park: fine art displays, performing arts, demonstrations of various art media, and childrens hands-on activities. Experience outdoor cuisine at various food vendors on site. Additionally, participants can explore the fine amenities of Krape Park: an authentic working carousel, fenced-in duck farm, waterfall, childrens play areas, canoes and paddle boats, a band shell, picnic tables and outdoor grills on site. Krape Park is accessible to individuals with disabilities.
