| Description: | From 2nd Annual Art Fair at the Dole Website: Lakeside Legacy Arts Park is sponsoring its Second Annual Art Fair on the beautiful grounds of the historic Dole Mansion overlooking the shores of Crystal Lake on September 3 and 4, 2016. Artists are invited to submit an application for jury review before the deadline of June 1st, 2016 (midnight). The Dole Mansion and Arts Park date back to 1865 and 1922, and the City of Crystal Lake celebrated 100 great years in 2014. Lakeside is located in a large northwestern suburb of Chicago, near the historic downtown Crystal Lake and the metra trains, close to neighboring Chicagoland communities and counties, and close to southwestern Wisconsin, and is a two hour drive from Iowa.
