Prepare for a British invasion! Featuring some of Chicago's finest period instrument musicians, the "Callipygian Players" explore music of the golden age for British composersthe Baroque era. Works by Handel, Purcell, Eccles, and Mell are featured during this remarkable performance led by director and Baroque violinist Martin Davids. After the concert, gather with other music enthusiasts to sample wines and "meet and greet" the artists in the historic Founder's Room. Performances are held in the stunning, Arbor Room in the Thornhill Education Center. | |||
