The fest will be held at 7425 W. 115th St. Fees: All 4 Days is $60.00, Saturday and Sunday is Only $40.00. Thursday 5 p.m.til 10 p.m.Set up at 2pm, Friday 5 p.m. 11 p.m., Saturday 9 a. m.til 11 p.m.Set up at 7:00 am & Sunday 9 a.m. til 10 p.m. 1.Each exhibitor will be assigned a space 10¡¯x 10¡¯. 2.Exhibitors must provide their own tables,tents, chairs and props. Also setting up and removing of displays. 3.All vehicles must be off the property 30 minutes prior to opening. 4.Crafters, Artist and distributors (Avon, Homemade Gourmet, Tastefully Simple etc.) 5.The Village of Worth and the Worth Days Fest Committee will not be held responsible for loss, damage or theft of any property and/or injury to persons. 6.Applications must be received no later than August 20, 2004 and under no circumstances will registration fee be refunded. 7.Check should be made payable to: Village of Worth and mailed to 7112 W. 111th Street, Worth, IL 60482. 8.Your cancelled check will verify your registration unless notified otherwise. 9.No weapon like items are allowed, no guns(No Shooters of any kind), no knives, no gang related products, no drug paraphernalia and no sexual items.
